Impact Fluid Solutions has long been aware that problems arising from differential sticking, lost circulation and unstable formations can be dramatically reduced if drilling, completion and workover fluid invasion and accompanying pressure invasion is reduced to a minimum.
Rock mechanics considerations have shown us that if this invasion is prevented, or at least dramatically reduced, by a rapidly-formed seal, wellbore strengthening occurs.
Armed with this knowledge, Impact Fluid Solutions researched and developed a class of ultra-low invasion fluids that reduce formation damage by limiting both fluid and pressure invasion. These fluids help our clients preserve rock integrity, improve drilling performance, reduce non-productive time and increase the efficiency of their operations. All of these factors contribute to us providing them with the best chance of realizing optimum well productivity.
